If you prefer to choose your specific meals then you will go to the "full menu" and select your meals individually by adding them to your cart.

Regular Size Meals Average:

  • 4 oz protein 1/2 cup veggies 1/2 cup carbs
  • 300-400 calories, 30g protein, 10g fat, 30g carbs

Large Size Meals Average:

  • 6 oz protein 1 cup veggies 1 cup carbs
  • 500-700 calories, 45g protein, 15g fat, 60g carbs
